Polarion Scripting Support Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1007256)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
Support the development of Polarion Reports for traceability and support of engineering activities. (“Polarion” corresponds to Siemens’ Polarion ALM)- Develop custom Polarion Widgets using customizable widgets, Velocity scripting and Polarion API.

Produce and maintain scripts surrounding Polarion activity.- Import data from Engineering automated testing to Polarion.- Integrate automated testing to Polarion and enable execution of automated scripts from the Polarion interface.

Collaborate closely with Polarion engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- Develop and maintain documentation for use cases, setup processes, and maintenance activities.- Other scripting / support tasks as needed.

You have:
- Open to Fresh Graduates with working experience less than 2 years.- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant experience in a technical field.- Fluent in English both in written and oral communication.- General knowledge and experience with general scripting languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, etc.).- Familiarity in Velocity and HTML programming and approaching new APIs supported by relevant experience would be appreciated.- Experienced in preparing and giving presentations.- Strong organizational skills: Ability to balance multiple priorities.- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.- Attention to detail: Critical in scripting and report generation.- Adaptability: Capable of learning new technologies quickly as the Polarion platform evolves.- Proactive and eager to learn.
