**Job Descriptions**
- You shall responsible for the KPI given by Management. One of the major KPI

is the order processing time for goods delivery to customer. He or she must

monitor closely on the performance.
- You shall make sure the picking process shall follow the FIFO method

meaning the picker shall pick the oldest order to the newest.
- You shall responsible that all books picked must be according to order listing.
- You shall responsible to replace or re-pick books that short of quantity or

damage.
- You shall involve and lead the annual stock take event.
- You shall support other teams when the work load increase especially during

the AO season.
- You shall need to ensure that your staffs follow safety and health

requirements accordingly.
- You shall make sure all rubbish must be clean at the end of the working day.
- You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may

be assigned by your superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum a SPM or Diploma in any field;
- 1 - 2 years experience in similar field is an advantage;
- Requires technical capacity and decision making;
- Requires critical thinking and time management;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.

**Required documents**
- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected

salary with recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current level;
- NRIC photocopy.

**WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (PACKING)**

**Job Descriptions**
- You shall responsible for the KPI given by Management. One of the major KPI

is the order processing time for goods delivery to customer. He or she must

monitor closely on the performance.
- You shall responsible for a group staff. The group shall be between five (5) to

ten (10) staffs.
- You shall responsible for cost cutting initiative from processes and material.
- You shall make sure the packing process shall follow the FIFO method

meaning the picker shall pick the oldest order to the newest.
- You shall responsible that books are pack according to practices.
- You shall responsible for the security of the stock and the warehouse.
- You shall involve and lead the annual stock take event.
- You shall support other teams when the work load increase especially during

the AO season.
- You shall need to ensure that your staffs follow safety and health

requirements accordingly.
- You shall maintain the cleanliness of the work place at all time.
- You shall ensure good working relationship with teams such as picker team,

operation and dispatch. This ensure the processes can be executed correctly

without must issues/challenges.
- You shall motivate the staff to maintain efficiency and also provide

opportunities to move up the career ladder.
- You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may

be assigned by your superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
