Implement and monitor food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, MESTI).
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
- Maintain and review quality documentation: SOPs, quality manuals, batch records, and audit reports.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance across production areas.
- Investigate and report non-conformances, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Train production staff on hygiene, GMP, and quality protocols.
- Maintain records for traceability and regulatory compliance.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
