**Job Details**:

- Responsible in submitting & collecting official document from government agencies & others and also ensure the all document returned safely.
- Responsible to send official letters that require immediate attention to legal firms, banks, government offices and other agencies and companies.
- To make registered letters, pos laju via online & operate franking machines(if any).
- Responsible to safe record all the documents receive via courier/ post form third party.
- To deposit office money collection everyday at local banks.
- To register, e-filling (scanning), CTC documents and take necessary documents at the High Court.
- Responsible to open and close office and ensure all equipment / lamps are plugged in / closed.
- To attend to any other duties as maybe assigned by the head of branch or superior from time to time eg Marketing activities (mobile counter).

**Requirement**:

- SPM certificate or equivalent
- At least one (1) year working experience in related field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication skills
- IT savvy
- Able to liaise with Lawyers, Government Agencies, Corporate Agencies and Financial Institutions

Basic Salary: RM1700 + RM100 (Attendance Allowance)

Monday - Friday (Office Hour)

Location: Pusat Perniagaan Greentown, Jln Dato Seri Ahmad Said, 30450 Ipoh, Perak

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
