作为多媒体创作者，您将是将创意概念呈现生动的艺术力量。您的角色在于制作引人入胜的视觉内容，与观众产生共鸣，增强品牌叙事，并在各种多媒体平台上推动参与度。

主要职责：
- 视觉内容创作：
- 制作外观吸引人且有冲击力的内容，包括图形、视频、动画和互动媒体。
- 与创意团队合作，设计并执行与客户目标一致的多媒体项目。
- 为数字和印刷材料（如社交媒体帖子、横幅、手册和广告）创建引人注目的图形。
- 在保持一致的品牌形象的同时，探索创新的设计方法。
- 概念化、制作分镜头、拍摄和编辑传达品牌信息和叙述的高质量视频。
- 编辑原始镜头，添加视觉效果、音效，并为不同平台精炼视频。
- 制作增强视觉叙事、创造动态和引人入胜内容的动画和运动图形。
- 利用动画来解释复杂的想法，突显产品特点，提升品牌传播效果。
- 与客户合作：
- 与客户密切合作，了解他们的创意愿景、需求和品牌准则。
- 融入客户反馈，并在整个创意过程中保持开放的沟通。
- 项目执行：
- 同时执行多个项目，确保截止日期得以满足并且交付内容超出客户期望。
- 与跨职能团队协调，确保项目执行顺利进行。
资格：
- 图形设计、多媒体、美术或相关领域的学士学位；相关证书为佳。
- 作为多媒体创作者、图形设计师或类似职务的经验。
- 精通多媒体软件，如Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere Pro、After Effects）。
- 具备出色的视觉叙事技能，注重细节和创造力。
- 出色的沟通、时间管理和协作能力。
- 展示多样化成功多媒体项目的作品集。
