**Pro‑Active Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (offline & online) to generate project leads and enhance brand presence.
- Create marketing collateral, digital content (website, social, case studies).

Core Responsibilities

**Market Research & Intelligence**
- Conduct surveys, competitor analysis, and track trends in the construction sector.
- Monitor regulatory changes and construction activity data.

**Pro‑Active Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (offline & online) to generate project leads and enhance brand presence.
- Create marketing collateral, digital content (website, social, case studies).

**Budgeting & Reporting**
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets (A&P), track ROI, prepare reports.
- Deliver weekly or monthly analytics and lead reports.

**Creative Execution**
- Produce or coordinate with creative teams to design brochures, videos, ads, social media posts.
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva are advantageous.

**Digital & Social Media Marketing**
- Manage site content, social media channels, SEO/PPC, and monitor engagement.
- Utilize CRM, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools for performance tracking.

- **Creativity & Proactiveness**: Able to conceptualize innovative campaigns and act independently.

- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable with MS Office, Adobe tools, CRM and digital platforms.
