**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate vehicle condition by reviewing the computer diagnostics.
- Conduct physical vehicle inspections to verify reported issues for every claims case.
- Use diagnostic tools to assess faults across major systems (Engine, Transmission, ECU, etc.).
- Ensure claims comply with Ezcare Warranty's policy.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 35 years and below
- **Language**: Fluent in **Malay** and **English**; **Mandarin** is an added advantage
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong technical and diagnostic skills across major private vehicle systems
- Competent in using vehicle diagnostic tools
- Familiar with workshop operations and repair procedures
- Good time management and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Pleasant appearance and friendly personality
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own transport with valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley for inspections
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
