Your Role: Fundraising & Capital Strategy Cofounder

You will:

- Co-create and refine our fundraising strategy across Seed, Series A and beyond
- Lead outreach to angels, VCs, strategic partners, and family offices
- Manage investor relationships, due diligence processes, and deal negotiations
- Design and update pitch decks, financial models, and narrative assets
- Work closely with the CEO and product team to align capital plans with growth milestones
- Explore grants, partnerships, and non-dilutive capital as part of the financing mix
- Help build a cap table and equity strategy that aligns incentives and growth

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a **fundraiser, investor, or operator** who wants to be on the **founding cap table** of a high-potential, impact-driven company.

You have:

- 2+ years of experience in fundraising, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or investment banking
- Deep understanding of the startup fundraising journey, especially in Southeast Asia
- The confidence and credibility to lead investor conversations
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and financial modeling skills
- A passion for solving real-world problems in healthcare, finance, or consumer access
- An owner’s mindset: you’re not afraid to take the wheel and go fast

Bonus if you’ve raised capital before or led growth at a VC-backed startup.
Even better if you have your own network of aligned investors.

Pay: RM1,710.10 - RM9,192.76 per month
