Account Admin

Perform accounts transactions, filing and document processing (Bookkeeping).
- Allocate payments and update accounts receivables.
- Assist in timely submission of monthly management accounts and year-end audit.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly report and update finance schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records using company computer software.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger posting and statements.
- Perform adhoc admin tasks to support sales and logistics inventory control.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma and above in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Organized, analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin, as we cater to the Chinese market.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
