Personal Assistant
- Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents with integrity and maintain systematic online filing.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on projects and commitments.
- Manage and monitor bills, utilities, subscriptions, and recurring payments.
- Act as the **main point of contact** between Management and staff, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth information flow and task completion.
- Represent Management in communications when required.
- Ad-hock tasks required

Content Development & Strategic Branding
- Shoot a video of director for personal branding
- Create engaging content for the company’s internal use.
- Plan, develop, and publish engaging content (articles, posts, videos, presentations) aligned with the Director’s personal brand and company goals.
- Capture and edit photos/videos of Director’s activities for promotional use.
- Support live content creation (e.g., during events, campaigns, and visits).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- or Proven experience as Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Malay).
- Familiar with social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful personality.
- Have valid driving license and can drive

Salary based on qualifications & years of experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
