**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for promoting and selling golf memberships, corporate packages, and event-related services.
- Provide information on membership benefits, pricing, and terms for potential customers.
- Build relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to renew expiring memberships or upselling services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customers’ information.
- Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Supervisor.
- Actively promote company projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ enquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
- To execute & monitor the whole sales cycle by handling the potential customer’s enquiries, site viewing, document signing, etc.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

- 通过电话、电邮、上门咨询和客户推荐,识别并跟进销售线索。
- 为潜在客户提供会员福利、价格及条款的详细资讯。
- 建立与会员的良好关系,确保客户满意度及会员续签率。
- 定期联系即将到期的会员,推动续签或销售增值服务。
- 准确维护销售活动和客户信息记录。
- 定期向销售主管提交销售报告及绩效更新。
- 积极推广公司项目,安排与潜在客户的介绍会与会议,处理客户咨询,提供销售前后服务。
- 执行并跟进整个销售流程,包括处理客户咨询、带看场地、签署文件等。
- 执行管理层临时指派的其他工作任务。

**Job Requirements** 岗位任职资格
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, leisure, golf, and club membership.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Aggressive and willing to learn.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.

- 拥有1至3年销售经验,优先考虑有酒店、休闲、高尔夫或会员销售背景者。

- 精通中英文书写与口语。我们欢迎能以中文与客户流利沟通的候选人。
- 能接受轮班工作,包括周末及公共假期。

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
