**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULT AREA**
**A. Administrative & Coordination TaskResponsibility Executive Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized both physically and digitally.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate company meetings, board meetings, and events.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES**
- **Qualification/ Formal Education** - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- **Desired experience/exposure** - i) Working experience 0-3 years but willing to learn ii) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
