**Description**:

- The Data Scientist assists in design and implementing processes and logic to extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources.
- He/She works with business stakeholders to understand their requirements or problems.
- He/She develops algorithms to support the use of case or metrics.
- He/She analyses large, complex, multi-dimensional data from multiple sources using machine learning techniques, advanced statistical analysis and predictive modelling to obtain business insights and recommendations.
- He/She creates re-usable implementations of statistical tests and models for on-going analysis.
- He/She will use data mining techniques to deep dive into the data to identify trends and patterns to unlock insights
- He/She will have a focus on customer churn & retention, rewards & loyalty as well as 360 data analytics
- He/She will assess the performance of campaigns and initiatives to determine what success looks like
- He/She will ultimately advise the business on the performance and make data-based recommendations to drive improved performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Statistics or equivalent
- Min 5 years hands on experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, DOMO, Tableau
- Advanced knowledge and experience of SQL, Python and /or R
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills to be able to articulate a plan, strategy, approach and findings
- Ability to document and attention to detail is critical
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mind set and problem solver
- Experience of turning data in to insights, insights in to recommendations and recommendations in to results
