You will be mainly responsible for **motivate our team to bring the best experience for our value customers, organizing and evaluate our products quality and services.**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of outlet, including supervising the staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare drinks according to SOP
- Train and mentor staff and support staff, to ensure a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
- Work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute strategies for long-term growth and success, and to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and values.

**What do we need from you?**
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Willing and ready to listen and learn from others
- Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the crew. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking. It will have advantage if know Mandarin speaking
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- It will be advantage if you able to travel or relocate to our different outlet
