F&B Crew / Service Staff

Job Title:
F&B Crew / Service Crew / Waiter/Waitress

**Willing to relocate to KUALA LUMPUR** (AIR TICKET SUBSIDIARIES**HOSTEL PROVIDED)**

We are one of the biggest food & beverage company at west Malaysia.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Handle takeaway and delivery orders (if applicable).
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Support cashier duties, such as handling payment transactions.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and stock checks.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g. setting tables, polishing cutlery).
- Process payments (cash, credit cards, e-wallets) and issue receipts.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English or local language proficiency.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage is a plus.
