**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers. **Working as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks if required.**:

- Efficiently and accurately manage stock acceptance and returns processes for books and magazines in the store.
- Execute efficient stock replenishment for books and magazines while maintaining store tidiness.
- Uphold high standards of display and visual merchandising, in alignment with planograms for books and magazines.
- Demonstrate excellent books and magazines knowledge to customers highlighting key promotions and offers for books and magazines.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferred experience acquired within a books retail environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Confident in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented mindset for precise stock management and store presentation.
- Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Malaysia.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage

**Schedule**:

- 5 Working Days
- Rotational Shift
