About Us:
BSS Resources Management is a dynamic project management company managing a diverse range of brands in retail, F&B, and digital-related businesses and services. We are on the lookout for a talented Junior Creative Designer to join our vibrant team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders.
- Possess strong knowledge in design, including typography, layout, color combinations, and art direction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding teams, and other stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior designers, offering guidance, feedback, and direction.
- Stay updated with design trends and current demographic behaviors.
- Translate briefs into compelling visual art direction.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a graphic or multimedia environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual art direction.
- Experience with motion graphics, photography, and video production is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Creative designer: 1 year (preferred)
