**Role Responsibilities**:
Act as an IT Business Analyst and Business Partner within the area of trade sales and marketing, supply and finance. The key focus of this role is on business demand management, solution road mapping, project management & coordination and IT Solution VALUE realization and adoption. From a BAU perspective, this role work closely with the business stakeholders as their IT speaking partner as well as the bridge between the business and the internal IT Technopods & support team.
- IT Business Demand Management - act as the main speaking partner of the business, analyze demands, provide solutioning options that support the intended needs and VALUEs
- Support and work with respective Technopods, Vendors and IT Teams in Solution Road mapping & Deliveries
- Project Management, Coordination and Support in ensuring IT initiatives are delivered and VALUEs are realized
- Responsible in IT Tools adoption and VALUEs Realization which involves working closely with respective stakeholders assuming the role of a “customer success management”
- Act as the bridge and coordinator between business, technopods and IT support teams in managing BAU incidents

**Skills and Competencies**:

- IT Demands Management and Business Partnering
- Experience & Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning e.g. SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and etc.
- Experience & Knowledge in Sales Execution solution such as Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution, merchandising solution, Distributor Management System (DMS) and etc.
- Experience & Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools and platform e.g. Ms Power Bi, Tableau, Cognos, Microstrategy, SAP BO and etc. would be an added advantage
- Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management
