**_URGENTLY HIRING_**

1. Assist the Pharmacist for the timely procurement of medicines and drugs, monitoring of expiry and ensuring efficient management of drugs to prevent wastage.

2. Assist pharmacist in dispensing medication to customer and ensure accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for customer / patient.

3. Keep track of the availability of medicines and drugs which includes stock check, produce purchase requisition and receive proper placement and recording of stock movements.

4. Ensure medicinal products are stored appropriately and securely to ensure freshness and potency.

5. Prepare, pack, affix label, explain and dispense out accurately medicines or drugs according to the prescription.

6. Attend to customer’s inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers, in identifying and purchasing required products.

7. Involve in cashier duties & handling sales transactions - payment collection, claims, invoicing and billing matters.

8. Maintaining supplies ready by inventory record - monitoring stock levels, placing orders of medicine and etc.

9. Assist in preparation of reports/paper work & organize and maintain filing in a proper manner.

10. Report and work together as a team with the reporting manager in managing.

11. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

12. Ensure pharmacy operates in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP procedures at all times.

13. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.


**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or other equivalents.

2. Minimum 6 month of working experience in the related field is preferable for this position (previous experience in retail pharmacy will be an advantage)

3. Ensure continuous & up-to-date equipment of pharmacy knowledge.

4. Passionate towards pharmacy practice and providing best healthcare to communities.

6. Enjoy working in retail working hour including weekends, public holiday and rotational shift.

7. Willing to work over time for gaining knowledge and experience with skills.

8. Responsible individual, willing to learn and a fast learner.

9. Has a positive attitude, polite and good communication to deal with the customer.

10. Medically healthy with good attendance.

11. Have own transport and accommodation.

Working Days : Monday - Sunday (6 days work, 1 day off)

Working Hours : From 8.00 am to 10.00 pm (2 Shift)

Shift (AM/PM):
Morning Shift : 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m

Evening Shift : 1.00 p.m to 10.00 p.m

Salary : Salary staring from RM 1,800 - RM2,000 /month

Working location : Bandar Teknologi, Kajang

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
