**Salary**: RM4,000 - RM5,000
Location: No 9, Jalan Cemerlang Jaya, Taman Cemerlang Jaya, 83500 Parit Sulong, Batu Pahat, Johor
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days (Choose 1 of 2 Options):

- Option 1: Monday - Friday (Saturday half-day, Sunday off)
- Option 2: Monday - Sunday (Tuesday half-day, Wednesday off)

1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue goals
2) Lead and manage the sales team — including training, performance monitoring, and motivation
3) Track and report sales performance to senior leadership on a regular basis
4) Identify new markets and cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects
5) Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and initiatives
6) Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
7) Study market trends and competitor behavior to inform sales strategies
8) Conduct regular team briefings, KPI reviews, and growth sessions
9) Uphold compliance with company sales standards and processes

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
1) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with leadership exposure
2) Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
3) Strong leadership and people management skills
4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
5) Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt sales strategies to market conditions
6) Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
7) Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
8) Willing to work flexible hours and weekends (based on schedule option)
