**Job Overview**

As an Operations Intern at myBurgerLab, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various departments, from outlet operations to internal audits, reporting, and logistics. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world F&B operations and support the development of analytical, management, and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Store Operations**
- Work across all key stations and understand the fundamentals of daily store operations.
- Learn and assist with service flow, station responsibilities, and basic shift management.
- Support in maintaining hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction.

**Event & Campaign Execution**
- Assist in the planning and execution of outlet-level events and campaigns.
- Coordinate on-ground operations and ensure smooth collaboration with outlet teams.
- Support in documentation, logistics, and post-event review.

**Internal Audit Management**
- Participate in store audit preparation and execution.
- Conduct basic front-end checks and assist in compiling backend audit follow-up reports.
- Identify and suggest improvements based on audit observations.

**Reporting & Performance Analysis**
- Track and analyze daily performance of Limited Time Offer (LTO) items.
- Prepare Monthly Top Selling Burger reports and other ad-hoc campaign reports.
- Assist in drawing insights from operational data to support decision-making

**Project Management**
- Collaborate with different teams to execute outlet-level initiatives and internal projects.
- Ensure smooth implementation and timely follow-up of assigned tasks.
- Document processes and outcomes for future reference and optimization.

**SOP Management**
- Review existing Standard Operating Procedures for various outlet stations.
- Propose and document improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in creating SOPs for new product launches and LTOs.

**Inventory Management**
- Learn the end-to-end outlet inventory process including monthly stock counts.
- Understand how ordering platforms work and how inventory impacts Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Observe and report discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.

**Warehouse & Logistics Operations**
- Gain exposure to central warehouse operations including inbound/outbound stock handling.
- Understand the logistics flow between warehouse and outlets.
- Assist in managing stock integrity and coordinating delivery schedules.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
