Thorough physical assessment in order to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the medical doctor and provide education including expected outcomes, possible side effects and any food / drug interactions.
- Manages IV fluids as ordered, re-insertion and termination.
- Collaborate with the members of the inter-disciplinary health team in planning care for the patient
- Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients condition.
- Do wound dressing to patient with surgical wounds as ordered.
- Maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation of patients records
- To draw blood specimen
- Assist Doctor in any surgical procedures eg. pap smear & etc.
- Administer medication according doctor’s order
- Able to management on writing report and nursing care plan for patient
- Collect specimen for C & S (ex. Sputum collection, urine collection etc.)
- Able to interpreted glucometer, pulse oxymeter reading and urine analysis
- Maintain records and reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
