**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

**THE PERSON**:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Point of contact for marketing customers master data setup/updates.
- Liaison for Regional Marketing team and CBG (Master Data Maintenance Team) for marketing customer data setup/updates.
- Procure and prepare sufficient appropriate documentation (W9, business registration certificate, supplier template, vendor master form, etc.) for the marketing customer set-up/updates.
- Preparation of relevant reporting packages for management and business partnerAd-hoc assignment as deemed appropriate and necessary.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Point of contact for marketing customers master data setup/updates.Liaison for Regional Marketing team and CBG (Master Data Maintenance Team) for marketing customer data setup/updates.
- Good written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Detail oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Self-starter, a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
- Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience
- Good Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office skills
- Experienced in SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in customer service environment (however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Professional Qualification or Post Graduate Diploma in Business / Commerce / Communications or in any relevant field.
