**Job Title**: Online Sales Representative
- **Reports to**: Sales Manager
- **Job Summary**: The Online Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities and closing deals through online channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads and determine their buying potential.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Close deals and generate new sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- **Qualifications**:
Diploma in business or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
