**Summary**

We, at Nirvair Solutions Consultancy are urgently looking for Recovery Officers also known as debt or loan recovery officers. The role is solely responsible for finding people who owe money from overdue loans, debts, bills and negotiating their payment.
- Keep track of outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Build trust with debtors
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

**Requirements**:

- High school or diploma is preferred but not a must.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Location: Ipoh-Silibin**

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9.00am
- 5.30pm
- Saturday (half day)

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
