IT Internship

**Job Scope**:
**1) Technical Support**
- Assist in providing technical support to end-users, helping resolve issues related to hardware, software, and system access. Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot common IT issues

**2) System Maintenance**:

- Help with routine system maintenance tasks, including updating software, managing user accounts, and performing data backups. Support system administrators with server monitoring and resource allocation.

**3) Network Troubleshooting**
- Work with the IT team to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, help manage Wi-Fi and wired connections, and assist in configuring network devices under supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
