**Responsibilities**:
- Role And Responsibilities
- 1. To handle residents' complaints / enquiries and provide appropriate solutions to follow up residents' issues;
- 2. To manage all outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc;
- 3. To act as supportive role in office administrative at the management office;
- 4. To conduct daily/periodically inspections throughout the residential area and execute preventive security plans;
- 5. To liaise with internal or external agencies
- 6. To prepare monthly report
- **Requirements**:
- 1. Relevant work experience in property management and customer service industry
- 2. Good in dealing with owners' committee would be an advantage
- 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**:
