Farm Worker

1.1.1. Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies and practices.

1.1.2. To perform daily operations in the farm; ensure high quality and availability.

1.1.3. To perform production quality control according to company standards.

1.1.4. To assist in create a favorable environment to enhance maximum productivity.

1.1.5. To perform and maintain strict crop protection and biosecurity measures.

1.1.6. To perform and maintain general maintenance and hygiene of the farm.

1.1.7. To assist in preparing all relevant reports.

1.1.8. Participate in training programs for employees.

1.1.9. To perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the company as and when required.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
