**1. IT Infrastructure & Network Maintenance**
- Ensure the company's **network infrastructure** remains in **optimal condition**.
- Conduct **regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs** for network hardware and software.
- Maintain **internal and external cloud networks**, ensuring uptime and security.
- Respond promptly to **network emergencies or downtime** to restore operations.
- Ensure **structured cable management** for network lines, keeping the infrastructure organized.

**2. IT Procurement & Asset Management**
- Manage the **purchase and allocation** of IT peripherals, including laptops, mobiles, printers, and network devices.
- Analyze and assess **hardware performance**, ensuring that all company computers are functioning properly.
- Maintain **structured network cable management**, ensuring a stable and organized infrastructure.
- Conduct **hardware evaluation** to determine which devices require repair, upgrades, or replacement.

**3. Software & Hardware Support**
- Provide **software and hardware troubleshooting** for company users.
- Upgrade and repair **computer systems** to enhance performance and reliability.
- Implement **software installations and updates** for company systems.
- Attend to **employee complaints regarding IT-related issues**, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Support **integration of new software** required for company operations.
- Ensure **account security and proper authentication** for users.
- Assist in setting up **user configurations** for system access and permissions.

**5. Ad-Hoc IT & IoT Asset Installation**
- **Install, configure, and integrate** newly developed **IT and IoT devices** within company infrastructure.
- Ensure **seamless deployment** of new technology across departments, whether onsite or offsite.
- Provide **technical assistance and training** for employees using new systems.
- Conduct **testing and validation** to ensure new devices function correctly before full deployment.
- Maintain a **registry of installed assets**, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance schedules.

**6. IT Support for R&D & Project Departments in Energy and Solar Monitoring**
- Collaborate with the **R&D and Project Departments** on new IT-enabled initiatives.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining **Energy Monitoring Software** for analysis and optimization.
- Support the implementation of **Solar Monitoring Systems**, ensuring proper integration with company networks.
- Provide **technical expertise and troubleshooting** for software used in B2B and B2C projects.
- Help configure **data analytics platforms** for tracking system performance and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless **connectivity and integration** of IoT and cloud-based solutions within research projects.
- Manage **secure data storage and access permissions** for research teams handling confidential information.
- Respond to **technical issues related to new project development**, ensuring smooth operations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
