**About**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist partners and associates in handling corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and prepare various agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions or summaries on corporate and regulatory issues.
- Assist in due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and other relevant parties under supervision.
- Manage documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient file management.
- Attend client meetings and discussions to gain exposure to corporate advisory and transactional processes.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- CLP / BPTC / Bar qualification preferred.
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and professional in conduct.
