**Reporting to the Finance & Accounts Manager, the Junior Accounts Executive/Accounts Executive’s responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Process Trade Payable invoices
- Process sales orders accounts and incoming payments
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording account receivable data
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and have working knowledge of computerized accounting system.
- Strong communicator for both written and orally
- Excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Internship / Fresh graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
