To assist in handling full spectrum of import and export logistics by adhering to local and international rules and regulations.
- To assist for inbound and outbound shipments custom declaration at bonded warehouse environment.
- Preparing related shipping documents (Packing List/Proforma/Invoice/DO) and customer report.
- Responsible for dealing with custom for all the daily shipment delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping line, forwarding agent, customers, custom & internal teams on shipment requirement & resolve if any issues arise.
- Monitor and tracking the shipment status from time to time and follow up closely if there is any discrepancy against the plan.
- Ensure compliance with all the shipping regulations and requirements required by local authority.
- Continuously providing ideas and work closely with the immediate superior to improve on existing process.
- To assist with any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Knowledge of custom procedure, import/export processes.
- Experience on the bonded warehouse shipment declaration with custom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- logistics and warehouse: 2 years (required)
