**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Set up CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, or other relevant equipment).
- Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
- Program CNC machines using G-code, M-code, or CAM software when required.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products.
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Adjust machine settings and replace tooling as needed to maintain tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job setup sheets and inspection reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Ability to **read and interpret measuring tools**, including:

- Analogue caliper (vernier caliper)
- Micrometer (inside, outside, depth)
- Dial indicators and gauges
- Proficiency in CNC machine operation (milling, turning, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certificate/Diploma in CNC Machinist, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360).
- Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 or other quality management systems.

**Working Conditions**
- Workshop/Factory environment with exposure to machinery noise.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- May involve standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
