**JOB SUMMARY**:Responsible for the overall direction and control of all activities within the manufacturing operations of the organization including overseeing and managing all aspects of the assembly and test process, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. This is a critical leadership role within our organization, requiring a strong background in semiconductor assembly and test operations.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 12 years’ work experience in the manufacturing and 5 years at management level, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of assembly and test processes, including wire bonding, die attach, flip chip, test program development, and reliability testing.
- Knowledge or experience in assembly of power module and systems is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations and quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949.In-depth knowledge in Manufacturing and SMT technology.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the operations of internal production, supply management, planning, quality, technology and development, and support operations.
- Designs, recommends and implements manufacturing operations policies and programs in line with the overall business plan.
- Maintains control over all manufacturing activities so that production takes place in a timely and efficient manner and within established standards.
- Explores and recommends changes to manufacturing systems based on analysis of modern, cost-effective methods.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the assembly and test operation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assembly and test department, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of the operations.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in semiconductor assembly and test operations, and recommend and implement relevant advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management, providing insights on operational performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
