**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**DRIVER**:

- To provide transportation services to staff for Business related matters - Meeting, Tender Submission, site visit & etc.
- Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is always ready to use and ensure the general cleanliness of the vehicles.
- Navigating at ease, able to plan routes and estimate travel time.
- Ensure a high standard of safety as well as always obeying all traffic rules and regulations.
- Regularly check and ensure that the vehicles are appropriately maintained. A record book must be kept on all servicing, and repairs Monitor dates due for maintenance, road tax and insurance renewals and follow up to ensure that the needful is carried out timely.

**HANDYMAN**:

- Performing light repairs electrical and plumbing whenever needed (Replacing light bulbs and toilet flush), Light repair for furniture (tighten the screw for desk and chairs and replace the castor)
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the superior

**ADMIN AND DESPATCH**:

- To assist in document filling (to do file label)
- To do a general PRF (Maintenance fee, sinking fund, utilities & etc)
- To dispatch documents when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years working experience as company driver.
- Malaysian citizen with a valid driving license (Class D).
- Clean driving track record needed.
- Familiar with routes and traffic patterns in Klang Valley.
- Able to work beyond working hours as and when required.
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality (sense of commitment, punctual, patient, integrity, trustworthy, no criminal record and traffic offences).
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
