1. Public Equipment Maintenance and Care: Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and daily upkeep of key equipment in the company's public areas (central air conditioning, electricity, air compressors, and water supply).

2. Repair Request Processing: Responsible for promptly processing and reporting repair requests from various departments.

3. Material Procurement and Improvement: Responsible for requesting materials needed for daily operations and maximizing the recycling of leftover materials.
- Expertise:
1. Familiarity with high
- and low-voltage power supply systems and central air conditioning.

2. Knowledge of public facility operation and maintenance.

3. Understanding of the operating principles of the plant's water supply system.

4. Understanding of compressed air system operation and maintenance.

5. Knowledge of emergency response procedures, including drainage and emergency power outages.
- Skills:
1. Master high and low voltage operation skills

2. Familiarity with handling emergency power outages and the ability to quickly coordinate personnel and orderly switch power generation

3. Master power failure troubleshooting and repair skills

4. Master equipment operation troubleshooting and recovery skills

5. Master energy conservation and consumption reduction statistical analysis and improvement skills
