**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Quality Control Activities: Supervise and coordinate all QC activities within the cleanroom to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and Implement QC Procedures: Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols specifically for cleanroom operations.

**Inspection and Testing**:
Oversee the inspection and testing of materials and products to ensure they meet specified quality standards. This includes performing routine checks and final inspections.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Analyze QC data and prepare detailed reports on findings. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and present recommendations to management.

**Team Leadership**:
Manage and mentor a team of QC inspectors and technicians. Provide training on QC processes, cleanroom protocols, and industry best practices.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.

**Compliance and Audits**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP). Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all QC activities, inspections, and test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Health and Safety**:
Promote a culture of safety within the cleanroom environment. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Min with SPM, Certificate or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, with at least 1 years in a cleanroom environment.

Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and quality control methodologies. Proficiency in using QC tools and equipment.

Have knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14644, GMP, and FDA regulations.

Have a good communication Skills

Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Primarily works in cleanroom environments, which require adherence to strict contamination control protocols.

May involve standing for extended periods, wearing cleanroom attire, and handling delicate instruments and materials.

Full-time position, with potential for overtime or shift work depending on production schedules and QC demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
