_**As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You support and guide the team to deliver the most inspiring customer experience by implementing the Visual Identity to help our customer look and feel good.**_

**Your Role**:

- You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to coordinate promotions, displays, and brand guidelines. You will also work with the ASM/SM and other team members to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- The Visual Merchandiser works closely with the ASM/SM to create an attractive and engaging sales environment that helps guide customers towards selecting and purchasing products.
- Help customers who visit the store and do whatever you can to make them happy and increase sales, while staying true to the company's goals and values.
- Ensure appropriate merchandise display, assist customers as needed, and handle transactions like sales and returns.
- You will also make sure that products are displayed neatly according to brand guidelines and meet safety, security, and audit standards.
- You will work with your team to keep the sales floor clean and organized.

**The Successful Applicants**:

- 0-3 years visual merchandising experience preferably in a retail specialty environment.
- Having a degree related to fashion or design would be advantageous.
- Must have previous retail experience and a good understanding of visual merchandising.
- Good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
