_**URGENT**_

**Duties**
- Work in partnership with SEA VM team to implement corporate VM strategies in Malaysia
- Plan and conduct regular store visits within the states to ensure corporate VM standards are well maintained
- Manage the downtown, outlets and wholesale partner in Malaysia
- Communicate and implementation of HUGO BOSS VM Corporate Training Guidelines to HUGO BOSS DOS Stores and Wholesale Partners
- Fully understand Luxury Fashion retail business and able to analyse the RTW market and competitors in visual merchandising
- Work closely with the Retail Team, Product Specialist and selected VMAs to complete the new seasonal launch, stock rotation and seasonal window installation in the stores
- Review with individual BGL Product Specialist on the Sell Through and to improve product placement in each store
- Must be present for all VM related discussion, implementation, setup or changeover
- Able to review Seasonal VM Model Store reports from AG and submit relevant photos to SEAPAC VM Team
- Must be able to execute Model Store locally in DOS and Wholesale partner stores independently
- Bi-weekly rotation of deliveries/colour themes within DOS Stores
- Monthly rotation of deliveries/colour themes for Outlets and Wholesale Partners
- Bi-weekly Mannequins change for deliveries/colour theme for all DOS Stores
- Set VM seasonal report tasks and ensure StorIQ via Portal submission are complete
- Ensure Wholesale partners submit their Monthly VM Reports
- Ensure DOS Stores achieve Sell Through Target from SEA VM Team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor holder in Visual Design or related disciplines
- At least 4 years relevant experience and preferably in international luxury fashion brand
- Must have a good eye for merchandise presentation, interest in fashion, and a solid knowledge of fabrics and colour
- Must be able to work closely with Retail and Merchandising department to support retail initiatives and objectives
- A dynamic and mature personality
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Willing to travel - 80% within Klang Valley, including Penang & Sabah

**Work arrangements**

Mon-Fri [10am-7pm]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
