**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requirements and processes. Develop detailed project plans and documentation. Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, Business Operation & related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Understanding of database management and modeling.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Experience with data visualization and reporting.

Business Skills:

- Knowledge of business processes and practices. Ability to understand and document business requirements

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Project Management Skills:

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Project Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in successfully completing projects. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Detail-Oriented:

- Attention to detail is crucial for identifying business needs and ensuring accuracy.

Adaptability:

- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.

Team Player:

- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.

Self-Motivated:

- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
