Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shift Worker to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of containers,

strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. On-Time Fulfillment of Orders (OTFO)**:
Ensure that all containers are completed within 24 hours following the production

date.

**2. Container Management**:
Ensure all containers are submitted to the port before the scheduled closing time.

**3. Cost Control**:
Strive to minimize or eliminate abnormal costs associated with warehouse operations.

**4. Damage Control Procedures**:
Oversee that external staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for

Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to reduce damage incidents, aiming for zero

cases per month.

**5. Vendor Training and Oversight**:
Provide training to new staff members and monitor their performance to ensure

compliance with operational standards.

**6. Monitoring Missing and Extra Cases**:
Supervise Logistics Service Provider (LSP) staff to ensure there are no complaints

regarding missing or extra cases, with a maximum acceptable target of five cases per

year.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: SPM or above.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations.
- Willingness to work in Port Klang.
- Preferably possess own transportation.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
