**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COMMERCIAL ADMIN**
- Maintaining of Enquiry/Job Order and follow up with respected personnel on daily basis.
- Sourcing suppliers/services/products in accordance with customer requirement.
- Supplier negotiations and relationship management.
- Prepare quotation and participate in tender activities.
- Submission of quotations to client and follow up on the job status.
- Coordinate and making sure products/services get delivered on time and meet the required standards.
- Updating of supplier data base regularly and review whenever necessary.
- Prepare and maintain the approved vendors list for daily references in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and developing on-going rapport and working relationships with Customers.
- Acknowledge any enquiries in mail and forward to respected personnel.
- Prompt updates of the total sales by commercial.
- Ensure final job costings are submitted to accounts for invoicing purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
