**Purpose**

Responsible for all of the end user's experience across the digital bank’s customer facing platforms on both desktop and also mobile. Beyond delivering great user experience, your solution needs to be performant, reliable, secure, responsive, and accessible. You will build & lead a team of high performing frontend engineers that contribute positively towards the vision of the digital bank

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build user-facing experiences for the digital bank to realize its vision of being the fastest way to securely manage banking transactions on any digital platform.
- Champion of all frontend development best practices and processes.
- Monitor and manage the technical health of all frontend platforms.
- Code and consult on all areas related to frontend development.
- Ensure UI components and libraries are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible.
- Codify best practices for future reuse in the form of reusable patterns, templates and codebases and raise the bar for the whole team on quality and speed.
- Debug production issues across digital bank with an eye towards improving maintainability over the long term.
- Work closely with the Product, Design and Backend Engineering teams to create the best end-user experience.
- Managing hybrid team of frontend engineers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, with various stakeholders within Technology such as product owners, quality assurance teams, and other engineers on solutions and technical trade-offs.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields.
- More than 7 years of frontend development experience.
- Experienced in Web UI framework such as ReactJS and its related library such as Redux, Mobx, Resub, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript.
- Experienced in UI and REST API integration.
- Experience with Agile methodology or similar lean startup approach to building software.
- Understand and implement Secure Coding Best Practices; familiarity with OWASP.
- An entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment on multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Display ability to handle discussion with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading operations organizations, including coaching and performance management.
