**About the role**:
The** SAP Analyst (SD)**will be required to have the expertise in configuration, implementing and supporting SAP solutions to optimize business processes related to sales, procurement, inventory management and logistics.

**Reporting to the Regional Head - SAP Application, you will be responsible for**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. SAP Configuration
- Able to configure SAP SD modules to meet business requirements
- Customize SAP functionalities as needed to enhance system capabilities and address specific business needs

2. Implementation
- Participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment of solutions
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, timelines and deliverables
- Ensure mínimal disruption to ongoing business operation

3. Support and maintenance
- Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents and optimizing system performance
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirement and provide effective solutions and support

4. Integration and Testing
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and reliability of SAP solutions.

5. Documentation and Training
- Document SAP configuration, processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on functionalities, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of SAP systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT or any other relevant qualification
- Solid understanding of the SAP SD modules, as well as the underlying business processes related to procurement, inventory management, sales, and distribution
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- 1 - 2 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Preferable in retail industry experience
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA
