Requirement
- Possess a Certificate/ Diploma in accountancy or equivalent and relevant experiences
- At least 1 year experience in similar field
- Able to read and write English and computer literate; MSWord, MS Excel, MYOB or related accounting system
- Good communication in spoken Malay and English will be an advantages
- Able to work under pressure and independently with little supervision.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Preferably with own transport.
- 1 full-Time position (s) available
Responsibility
- Assist Account Executive in all financial documents
- Able to handle Account Payable
- Input, checking and verifying vendor invoices, monthly recurring payment and staff's claim
- Prepare monthly payment schedule
- Monthly payment processing via cheque and online
- Perform monthly vendor's reconciliations
- Compiling documents for GST Quarterly Reporting and Custom Audit Report for companies that involved.
- Input petty cash transaction
- Request quotation from supplier
- Ensure all accounting documents are filed appropriately and timely manner.
- Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
