**Position**: Front Office, Kitchen Crew, Waiter & Waitress, Housekeeping, etc.

**Location**:Klang Valley
**Salary**:up to RM2000 (Depends on qualification)
**Working Days**: 6 days, 1 day off
**Working Hours**:Rotational Shift

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or above_ **(Failed can apply)**_
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Good physical condition to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Guest Service:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Provide menus and answer any initial questions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.

Order Management:

- Ensure that orders are prepared correctly by kitchen staff and are presented attractively.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Customer Interaction:

- Engage with guests to build a rapport and enhance their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Provide information about the restaurant’s specials, menu items, and promotions.

Table Maintenance:

- Set up and clean tables before and after guests are seated.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure all tableware and utensils are clean and properly arranged.

Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff as needed.
- Escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager.

Cash Handling:

- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts.

Adherence to Policies:

- Comply with all health and food safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
