**Your role**
- Do you know who we are in Malaysia Operations team?- Are you keen to join our team & continue to provide excellent service/support for Malaysia trade settlement?
- We are looking for Trade Processing Specialist to:
- be part of the front to back operations-related processes on the complete life-cycle of equities trades executed on Bursa Malaysia and SBL business vis a vis client account opening process, trade, settlement, funding and pre /post settlement controls and reconciliations.
- Process client account opening of trading and sub-accounts
- Providing support to Front Office (generate trade confirmation to clients, handle enquiries etc)
- Manage trade process, settlement and control for [market] transactions, interacting with the middle and front offices to resolve trade discrepancies or operational risks & manage transactional and settlement queries from external and internal clients, like trading counterparties, front office and finance
- Handle reconciliations & Prepare regulatory and internal reporting and ensure reporting are in accordance with operations standards, regulatory requirements and are submitted on a timely basis

**Your team**
- You'll be working in Malaysia Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. We provide seamless front to back support to domestic & international client for Malaysia trade settlement. We also support Securities Borrowing & Lending transactions for international clients. As a Trade Processing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3 years of previous experience in back office/operations environment
- good understanding of cash equities & SBL products and trade lifecycle
- experience of interacting with middle and front offices to resolve trade queries and issues
- bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in banking or a related field
- adaptable, organized and able to adjust communication style to audience
- knowledge in Robotics, macro & automation tool will be value added
