As an **Intern in Admin**, you will assist the administrative and operations team in managing day-to-day office and project support tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to learn the practical aspects of office administration, real estate documentation, and client coordination.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting in handling general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, and document preparation).
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of property-related documentation.
- Managing correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors when needed.
- Assisting in updating property listings and records.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to commit to a **6-month full-time internship**.
