**Responsibilities**
- Lead day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain housekeeping standards in line with brand expectations to deliver the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
- Managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including Housekeeping systems and guest service procedures) for all Housekeeping team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Housekeeping operation.
- Handling guest requests and/or complaints regarding Housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
