**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

**2. Merchandising and Store Support**:

- Assist in merchandise display and visual presentation to optimize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with the retail team to create appealing product displays and seasonal setups.

**3. Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials, both in-store and online.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for marketing strategies.

**4. Online Presence and Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with the online community.
- Help in creating engaging content, including graphics, images, and written copy.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various online platforms.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and marketing performance metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the retail and marketing teams as required.

**; Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge in social media will be added advantage
- 6 days work in a week (off day will be in on Tuesdays)
- Working hours: 11am - 7.30pm
